contract with the completed W-4's and I-9's
with backup, for all personnel to the company
and have the representative of the company accepting
the contract initial and date it to acknowledge
receipt of same. If the contract, W-4's and
I-9's are mailed to the company, they must be
sent by certified mail, and return receipt requested.

One and
one half times the basic session and overtime
rates shall be paid on all recordings which
occur during the following times:

Between Midnight and 8:00 a.m.
2.
After 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays if it is
the 6th consecutive day of work for the
company
3.
On Sundays

The session must be reported
in advance and prior approval of the Federation is
required before these rates and conditions can be
utilized.
The budget cap for these recordings
is $99,000 per complete album. These amounts are exclusive
of artist and producer advances and travel expenses
of artist and producer but include all other production
costs as customarily understood by the industry.
"Concept pieces" and
"choral works" for publication budgeted
at $40,000 or less will utilize the Limited Pressing
Agreement and be exempt from obligations to the Phono
SPF and MPTF.
